Q: How long does it take for my pair of shoes to be completed?
A: Usually within 30 days. Unusual size requests may take longer.
Q: Do you offer any additional widths?
A: We offer all men's shoe-widths by special request. You can add what shoe width you would like your shoes in the notes section when checking out.
Q: What is the refund policy?

Q: Why does it take so long to complete a pair of shoes?
A: There are more than 200 hand operations to make a single pair of shoes. Additionally the shoes need time on the last for shape retention.
Q: How do I know my size?
A: You can view the size chart above for conversions. If you want to have a test shoe sent this can be done at a small additional charge. Contact us here.
Q: Can I request any variation or addition to a style of a shoe?
A: Any changes to the style of the shoe can be made by special request only. Contact us here for more information.
Q: Can they be repaired?
A: Any competent shoe repairman should be able to perform heel lifts and other basic repairs. Full reconstructing and rebottoming can be provided by the Oliver Moore factory using original components and lasts.
Q: How long do the shoes last?
A: Oliver Moore products typically have a service life far in excess than regular shoes.
Bespoke and custom made and all other footwear or products sold by Oliver Moore Bootmakers may not be returned. Merchandise, modifications, and repairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at time of delivery.
There are no refunds on any of our products. Each order is a unique creation in it of itself and can not be restocked and are not stocked.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Unworn merchandise may be exchanged for a different size of the same style or store credit within 30 days of shipment. US Sizes 14-17 in our shoes are not exchangeable.
To return your product for repair or store credit, you should mail your product to: 856 Lexington Ave, New York, NY 10065. You should include a copy of the email receipt you received from us by email.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
